Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service or sales consultants and work closely with them to leverage their natural talents and maximize their performance.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement, implement improvement processes, and close performance gaps.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts and achieve outstanding results by balancing empathy, care, and performance for both customers and staff.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience as a Supervisor/Coach or in a similar role.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Training: Ability to train and develop team members to improve their performance.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (or English/Spanish) is required.
