Lead Customer Service Representative

Circle K is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lead Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Train and assist new Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Perform shift supervision, ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring accurate inventory levels and store displays.
  • Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring accurate receipt and storage of merchandise.
