Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

Manage all booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations received through various communication channels. Assess guest booking requirements and recommend suitable accommodation types. Confirm the availability of desired room categories and pricing. Clarify guarantee, promotional rates, and cancellation terms to callers. Address and document specific requests. Respond to inquiries regarding property amenities and room features. Employ sales strategies to optimize revenue. Enter and retrieve information in the reservation database.

Designate special room reservation categories (e.g., complimentary stays, employee rates, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale bookings) by entering the appropriate codes and rates into the reservation system.

Adhere to proper escalation protocols when resolving guest issues.


Comply with all organizational policies and procedures; ensure that uniform and personal appearance are tidy and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.

Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guests' service requirements; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests with sincere appreciation.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette.

Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team in achieving common objectives; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.

Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

The compensation range for this position is $32.41 to $43.21 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, accrued paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional life and work wellness benefits.

Benefits may be subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
