POSITION SUMMARY
Manage all reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations received through various communication channels. Assess guest reservation requirements and recommend suitable room types. Confirm availability of requested room types and rates. Clearly communicate guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to guests. Facilitate and document unique requests. Provide information regarding property amenities and room features. Employ sales strategies to optimize revenue. Enter and retrieve data in the reservation system. Accurately categorize special room reservations (e.g., complimentary stays, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale bookings) by inputting the appropriate codes and rates into the system. Adhere to proper escalation protocols when addressing guest issues.
Comply with all organizational policies and procedures; ensure professional appearance and demeanor; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; safeguard company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and colleagues. Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer phones with appropriate etiquette. Foster and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; collaborate to achieve common objectives; listen and respond effectively to the concerns of team members. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

The compensation range for this role is $32.41 to $43.21 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other wellness benefits. Benefits may be subject to standard eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.
