The food & beverage division at Altair is seeking a dedicated Reservations and Events Coordinator. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests interested in various event opportunities. Altair provides an array of event venues, including dining areas, outdoor terraces, rooftop spaces, and meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone and email regarding reservations and events.
- Creating detailed proposals for potential clients.
- Conducting site visits for prospective event hosts.
- Managing and updating all reservation platforms to ensure guests have access to necessary information.
- Assisting the management team with various administrative tasks, including check processing and refunds.
- Supervising large-scale events to guarantee exceptional service quality.
- Collaborating closely with the hotel sales team.
- Participating in menu design and planning.
- Applying knowledge of event services to ensure seamless execution by team members.
- Additional duties as assigned.
