Job Summary

This individual will support visiting and local customers with general services and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming customer calls, providing prompt and courteous service
  • Books group and transient room reservations
  • Books audio visual, set up and additional meeting needs
  • Captures and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports data analysis as requested
  • Manages annual scheduling process
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or relevant work experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software programs, including MS Office and EMS
  • Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving excellence, down to the smallest of details
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
