Position Overview
CRH Group Services is actively seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support the Global Head of Communications and the Head of Investor Relations. This position is situated in the Group's New York Office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in these functions, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of our global operations and all pertinent stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee diary management, travel arrangements (including flights, accommodations, car rentals, etc.), and executive assistance for the Global Head of Communications and the Head of Investor Relations.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics for on-site or off-site meetings and events, such as investor roadshows, site visits, earnings calls, presentations, and investor days. This includes overseeing logistics such as venue/room reservations, accommodations, meals, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of Investor Interactions within the team's CRM system.
- Monitor expenditure in areas such as travel and communications, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and ensure expense receipts are current and documented in accordance with accounting protocols.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with fellow Executive Assistants globally.
- Provide support for C Suite executives as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Self-driven, possessing outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and remotely.
- Adaptability and capability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to uphold discretion and confidentiality regarding all aspects of the role at all times.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant capacity.
- Prior experience within a large, complex organization supporting senior leadership.
- Experience in managing global travel arrangements.
- A tertiary degree or equivalent qualification in secretarial studies/ECDL is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software applications.
- Salary range is between $90,000 and $100,000.
