  • Quotation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of quotations for all product lines.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other specific tasks as requested by the President, General Sales Manager, or other company Directors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Education: Preferably degree-educated.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive Mindset: Proactive mindset to recognize direct and indirect opportunities for lead generation and sales.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, individual contributor, and team player.
  • CRM Tools: Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Physical Demands: Willingness to climb ladders on commercial buildings to complete building safety consultations.
Individual Characteristics

As the Regional Sales Manager, your attitude and aptitude are critical. You must be personally driven to hunt for business opportunities and exceed monthly sales targets. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to problem-solve and take ownership of your work and responsibilities. You are part of the team, have access to support when needed, but will be most successful when you manage your time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities within the business.
