Overview

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will be tasked with developing and overseeing HR processes and systems. Responsibilities include the creation and execution of an employment application procedure, job postings, candidate interviews, coordination of pre-employment screenings, maintenance of job descriptions, and formulation of offer letters.

Responsibilities
  • Organizes interviews for hiring managers and formulates suitable interview questions.
  • Recruits new personnel and supervises the orientation and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintains employee records and personnel documentation.
  • Coordinates training and professional development initiatives across the organization.
  • Improves performance evaluation tools and assists with the annual review process.
  • Acts as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries and personnel matters.
  • Collaborates effectively within a team environment, fostering cooperation and problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources capacity.
  • SHRM Certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Strong HR administration capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including email and MS Office.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $64,000 - $70,000 Annually
We provide employees with weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility, we offer health insurance, accrued paid sick leave, and a retirement option.
