As an integral part of our organization, you will manage full-cycle payroll, address employee inquiries, and ensure adherence to employment and benefits regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process employee timecards for bi-weekly payroll cycles
- Communicate with payroll service providers to resolve any discrepancies
- Support annual open enrollment sessions for employee benefits
- Advise and mentor managers on employee disciplinary procedures
- Oversee and manage all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes as required
- Serve as a specialist in employee relations
- Track employee eligibility for various benefit programs
- Contribute to organizational training and development initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations
- Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
This role may require the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision capabilities are also necessary for this position.
