Human Resources Generalist

As an integral part of our organization, you will manage full-cycle payroll, address employee inquiries, and ensure adherence to employment and benefits regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process employee timecards for bi-weekly payroll cycles
  • Communicate with payroll service providers to resolve any discrepancies
  • Support annual open enrollment sessions for employee benefits
  • Advise and mentor managers on employee disciplinary procedures
  • Oversee and manage all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes as required
  • Serve as a specialist in employee relations
  • Track employee eligibility for various benefit programs
  • Contribute to organizational training and development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations
  • Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

This role may require the ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds. Specific vision capabilities are also necessary for this position.
