We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Northwest Administrators. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining demographic information for health plan participants, ensuring their eligibility for health coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and returned mail, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Review weekly participant reports to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare and mail packets to new participants, ensuring all necessary documentation is included.
  • Order ID cards for participants, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with participants and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Basic proficiency with technology, including Excel and Word.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
