We are on the lookout for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to enhance our HR Shared Services team.

The Senior HR Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in various human resources functions, including employee training, auditing HR documentation, managing projects, and delivering outstanding customer support. Key responsibilities include:

  • HRIS Management: Input and audit data within our HR Information System.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support field recruiting efforts.
  • Documentation Auditing: Conduct thorough audits of HR files and Form I-9 documentation.
  • Claims Management: Oversee unemployment claims processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional HR support to employees.
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in HR, Benefits, or HRIS roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficient in platforms such as SharePoint, HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
