Position Overview:

The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies is a well-established, community-focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering specialized care since 1969. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate patient registration by collecting essential insurance and demographic details.
  • Ensure timely patient visits by obtaining necessary referrals or authorizations for insurance coverage.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to support clinical and billing staff, ensuring satisfaction for patients, physicians, and colleagues while maintaining accurate data entry.
  • Work closely with the Front Desk Team Lead and Billing Manager to prioritize exceptional customer service and complete daily tasks efficiently.
  • Keep up-to-date reference materials on insurance plans as provided.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional demeanor.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Previous experience in a medical setting and proficiency in computer skills is preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $15.00-$22.25/hour, based on experience.
