Job Summary

The Guest Services Manager - Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise the daily operations of the front desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cash Handling: Ensure accurate and proper cash handling procedures are followed, including calculating and posting monies, receipts, and guest accounts.
  • Reservations and Check-In/Check-Out: Facilitate guest reservations, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all concerns and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to front desk staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional guest service.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all guest interactions are positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum two years of experience as a front desk supervisor or four years of front office experience in a hotel setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of hotel front office procedures, policies, and operations.
