We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Atrium Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience while supervising front desk associates to maintain brand standards of hotel service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily shift process to ensure all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Facilitate check-ins and registration, creating a memorable first impression for our guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests' needs
  • Help resolve problems through recovery when things aren't quite right
  • Commit to the equitable treatment of all associates and guests, as well as equal access to opportunities and resources for all
Requirements
  • 6 months of Front Desk and/or related experience
  • Preferred: Hospitality experience, supervisory experience of a small team, high school diploma or equivalent, intermediate computer skills
  • Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift, ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
