The Role:

As a Value Consultant, you will be at the forefront of driving data-centric business transformation for our clients. Collaborating closely with the Celonis Sales Teams, you will take full ownership of the comprehensive value journey for our customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will assist them in achieving their strategic objectives and realizing substantial value through Celonis Process Intelligence. In partnership with our collaborators and Celonis Services, you will facilitate measurable business impact across diverse processes and sectors, while accelerating the adoption of our platform. Your role will merge profound process and industry knowledge with a robust consulting skill set, showcasing strong analytical capabilities at one of the fastest-growing tech companies globally.

The work you'll do:

Identify & Frame Value

Discover and translate clients' strategic goals into impactful Celonis use cases. Develop demonstrations and business cases, utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new clients. Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, articulating the value potential and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.

Realize Value

Lead business value workshops and utilize Celonis to pinpoint and qualify opportunities for process enhancement. Formulate improvement strategies in core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present outcomes and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

Oversee the entire customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal. Create a strategic expansion roadmap for clients, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a pivotal business transformation platform within their organization to drive adoption and growth. Provide insights to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on emerging use cases.

The qualifications you need:

Level of Experience: Minimum 5 years in a management consulting firm or similar SaaS organization, with a background in pre/post-sales consulting, strategy consulting, business process improvement, digital transformations, or customer value realization. Value Selling Methodology: Advanced knowledge and experience in the Celonis value selling methodology throughout the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoVs, demonstrating the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence. Product Expertise: Proficient in guiding the customer's IT team through their Process Intelligence journey, showcasing the capabilities of Process Intelligence and accelerating value realization by creating dashboards, applications, and action flows. Value Realization: Advanced expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and acting as a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users to realize value and renew/expand their subscription with Celonis. Project Management: Capable of planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines. You will oversee multiple projects across your aligned accounts, each at different stages of the value journey, while leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem as needed. Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally. Domain Expertise: Utilize your advanced business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, along with strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) to create a compelling value roadmap for the customer. Industry Expertise: Advanced industry knowledge and a demonstrated ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities for the C-Suite, crafting an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
