Role Overview:

As a Value Engineer, you will lead our initiative of driving data-centric business transformation for our clients. Collaborating closely with the Celonis Sales Teams, you will take full ownership of the comprehensive value journey for our customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will assist them in achieving their strategic objectives and realizing substantial value through Celonis Process Intelligence. In partnership with our collaborators and Celonis Services, you will facilitate measurable business outcomes across diverse processes and sectors, while promoting the adoption of our platform. Your role will merge profound process and industry knowledge with a solid consulting skill set, complemented by strong analytical capabilities, all within one of the fastest-growing technology firms globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Value Identification & Framing:

Translate customers' strategic goals into impactful Celonis use cases. Develop demonstrations and business cases utilizing industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new clients. Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, effectively communicating the value potential and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.

Value Realization:

Lead business value workshops and leverage Celonis to pinpoint and validate opportunities for process enhancement. Formulate improvement strategies in essential business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present outcomes and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Value Scaling:

Oversee the entire customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. Create a strategic expansion roadmap for clients, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a pivotal business transformation platform within their organization, thereby driving adoption and growth. Provide insights to our product development teams to refine the Celonis platform and applications based on emerging use cases.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: At least 5 years in a management consulting firm or a comparable SaaS organization, with expertise in pre/post-sales consulting, strategy consulting, business process enhancement, digital transformations, or customer value realization. Value Selling Expertise: Advanced knowledge and experience in applying the Celonis value selling methodology throughout the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and PoVs, showcasing the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence. Product Knowledge: Proficient in guiding customers' IT teams through their Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating the capabilities of Process Intelligence and expediting value realization by constructing dashboards, applications, and action flows. Value Realization Skills: Expertise in identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and acting as a change agent for customers by establishing an operational model and training users to realize value and renew/expand their subscription with Celonis. Project Management: Capable of planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines, while overseeing multiple projects across aligned accounts at various stages of the value journey. Leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem as needed. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in preparing and presenting results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally. Domain Knowledge: Utilize advanced business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain, along with strategic transformation initiatives, to develop a compelling value roadmap for customers. Industry Insight: Possess advanced industry knowledge and a demonstrated ability to understand industry trends and strategic opportunities for the C-Suite, crafting an integrated Celonis Process Intelligence roadmap.
