Job Purpose

Our mission is to partner with our exceptional prospects to help them articulate their narratives, quantify what collaborating with Unily will signify for them, and work collaboratively to develop their business case for transformation.

We prioritize relationships, analytics, and business strategy. We have the privilege of advising leaders from the C-Suite of the world's largest corporations to the first Recruiter or Finance Analyst appointed at a small startup. We are colleagues, teammates, and mentors. We are Value Advisors.

This role will involve approximately 20-40% travel, typically within the region (mostly day trips or one overnight stay).

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships as a consultant and business advisor to a team of Unily Account Executives - collaborating with them and the industry's top Solution Engineering teams to engage, inspire, and inform Unily prospects on their transformation journey.
  • Possess a robust understanding of Unily's technology to convey compelling and pertinent messages regarding Unily's unique and differentiated value proposition.
  • Conduct engaging discovery interviews with Communications, HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify pain points and comprehend business processes within their organizations.
  • Create and present compelling, narrative-driven business case presentations to senior, including C-level, business audiences.
  • Perform consultative quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, professional services, investment banking, corporate strategy, project management, pre-sales, value engineering, sales, or other applicable roles.
  • Exceptional collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling abilities.
  • Inquisitive about business, highly motivated to impact prospects/customers, and broadly interested in leveraging technology to address business challenges.
  • Understanding of software deal dynamics and the ability to think strategically about advancing software opportunities.
  • Domain experience in enterprise software, human capital, finance, and/or corporate planning is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA encouraged.
