Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and inquisitive individual to take on the role of Consulting Manager/Senior Consultant within Vayner Consulting, our specialized division focused on innovative strategies. This position requires a blend of brand-building expertise and a deep understanding of social media dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with clients, collaborating with senior leadership to shape consulting deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities, guiding the development of briefs and consulting initiatives.
- Stay informed about the latest platform innovations to educate both internal teams and clients.
- Actively participate in social media practices, demonstrating hands-on expertise.
- Support the PR team in promoting our work through case studies and timely updates.
- Develop and present additional opportunities that maximize client returns and meet their goals.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Creative, Production, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Partner with the Director to oversee account health, strategic planning, and resource management.
- Maintain proactive ownership of your projects and foster strong client relationships.
- Continuously contribute insights on cultural trends and moments to enhance daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering award-winning social media campaigns with a passion for online culture.
- Experience in conceptualizing social media content and managing brand accounts.
- Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A calm and collected approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
