Job Purpose
Our goal is to partner with our exceptional prospects to assist them in articulating their narratives, quantifying what collaborating with Unily will entail, and working collaboratively to develop their business case for transformation.
We emphasize relationships, analytics, and business strategy. We have the privilege of advising leaders from the C-Suite of the world's largest corporations to the first Recruiter or Finance Analyst hired at a nascent startup. We are colleagues, teammates, and mentors. We are Value Advisors.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish relationships as a consultant and business advisor to a team of Unily Account Executives - collaborating with them and the industry's leading Solution Engineering teams to engage, inspire, and educate Unily prospects on their transformation journey.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Unily's technology to convey compelling and relevant messages regarding Unily's unique and differentiated value proposition.
- Conduct engaging discovery interviews with Communications, Human Resources, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify pain points and comprehend business processes within their organizations.
- Create and deliver compelling, narrative-driven, and engaging business case presentations to senior, including C-level, business audiences.
- Perform consultative quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in consulting, professional services, investment banking, corporate strategy, project management, pre-sales, value engineering, sales, or other applicable roles.
- Exceptional collaboration, executive presence, and storytelling abilities.
- Inquisitive about business, highly motivated to impact prospects/customers, and broadly interested in leveraging technology to address business challenges.
- Understanding of software deal dynamics and the capacity to think strategically about advancing software opportunities.
- Domain experience in enterprise software, human capital, finance, and/or corporate planning is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA encouraged.
