Verizon Customer Support Representative

We are a consulting sales and marketing firm that helps popular household brands maximize their profitability and increase their brand exposure through innovative revenue capabilities.
As a Verizon Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for executing our marketing and sales directives and being the face and voice of our brand. You will build quality relationships with new clientele, maintain existing customer accounts, and assist in increasing quarterly and annual production of new sales and customer acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in direct communication with customers, providing expert product knowledge and educating them on their desired product inquiries.
- Research target markets to identify and engage with new and existing customers, bolstering our sales pipeline.
- Communicate product features and benefits based on individualized customer needs.
- Overturn objections and answer questions throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all account inquiries.
- Attend regular product training sessions with teammates and upper-level management.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales is highly recommended.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.
- A tenacious and growth-oriented mindset.
- A driven mindset with impeccable time management skills and a superior work ethic.
- A positive and professional demeanor when working with colleagues and customers.
