Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing in-person appointments or events depending on client needs
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
  • Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company sales goals
  • Support the marketing work of Verizon Sales and Customer Service team members

Requirements:

The Verizon Sales and Customer Service position is entry-level and full-time. Someone in this role must be comfortable working in person with customers directly, in a team setting, as well as working independently.
