Job Summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and developing new business opportunities in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing value-added services to drive sales growth.
  • Manage Deliveries: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the order process.
  • Develop New Business: Identify new sales opportunities, develop business plans, and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales managers, operations teams, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of sales experience in the foodservice industry or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and drive sales growth.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license required, with a good motor vehicle record.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, with occasional work in the office. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
