Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintain client relationships through regular follow-up calls and communications.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
  • Prior sales experience is required.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Professional phone etiquette and exceptional business writing and editing skills are essential.
