This is a remote opportunity with moderate travel requirements (20-30%). The hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with a comprehensive total rewards package including professional growth and development, health, dental, vision, well-being, health savings, flexible spending, retirement, open leave, and sales incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in mid-market sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key business leaders and HR executives
- Utilize SHRM's suite of offerings to develop winning proposals
- Collaborate with Marketing Audience Segment leaders to exchange information and support product development
- Gain a thorough understanding of SHRM's organization and product/service offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with extended relevant experience
- 6-8 years of professional experience in business development, client relationship management, and account development
- Experience driving sales of HR-related programs or services at the executive level using consultative sales techniques
- Successful past performance in business development, developing customer relationships, account strategies, developing a qualified pipeline, and capturing large scale deals
