Job DescriptionThe Account Sales Manager role is to increase product sales and placement at all large and small format stores. The primary responsibility is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner to meet Red Bull executional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Red Bull products in assigned accounts by following designed routes
- Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts
- Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space
- Evaluate competitors' activities and communicate with the District Manager
- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, and merchandising components
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards
- Preferred prior sales experience
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
- Additional language skills an advantage
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good mathematical skills
- Organizational skills
- Current driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- DOT medical card required
- 401(k) matching program (4% at 100% match) vested after 90 days/1st day after next quarter
- Employee medical and dental provided after 60-day probationary period
