Job Summary

Rexford Industrial, a leading industrial real estate investment and management firm, is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing environmental due diligence reports, managing remediation activities, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage environmental monitoring, mitigation, and remediation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and evaluate environmental reports to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop strategies for remediation and mitigation to minimize environmental impacts.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on environmental performance and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental assessment and mitigation.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry best practices.
