The Search Marketing Supervisor is crucial in managing daily client interactions, strategic planning, execution, and performance evaluation of paid search initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Search to establish optimal search strategies tailored to client needs.
- Formulate search tactics and oversee campaign execution aligned with client goals.
- Work alongside the integrated media team to create recommendations and deliver insightful analyses.
- Act as the primary contact, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Oversee the planned budget for search initiatives and ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Conduct routine maintenance and audits to ensure account hygiene.
- Guarantee timely completion of deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry developments in the search landscape and relate them to client objectives.
- Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
- 3-5 years of experience in paid search (SEM), including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proficient problem solver with a data-driven, solution-oriented approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with advertising technology platforms and major search engines.

- Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.
