Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assess the needs of each visitor
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, prioritizing based on urgency
  • Oversee client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate invoice reviews
  • Communicate visit expectations to clients and assist in managing pet care to alleviate stress
  • Accurately process and document financial transactions
  • Schedule appointments aligning with client needs and clinic requirements
  • Handle emergency situations and walk-in clients effectively
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries regarding products and services
  • Maintain cleanliness in reception areas and exam rooms
  • Advise clients on available products and services
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills with problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity to manage stressful situations and prioritize tasks
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and patience
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
