Choice Party Linens is a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced family-owned enterprise that prides itself on exceptional service and quality within the Party Rental Industry.

With more than 32 years of expertise, we deliver a fresh and innovative approach to linen rentals across the United States.

All new office personnel undergo paid training on-site through Choice University.

Choice University includes a day in the field with one of our drivers and comprehensive warehouse training, covering shipping and receiving.

This training is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of our operations and business model, ensuring you are well-prepared to start your training with our Business Development team.

*THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE*

The role comprises approximately 80% B2B Inside Sales and 20% Customer Service. During peak seasons, the focus shifts more towards Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Making 50-75 outbound calls daily and following up on leads
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients while seeking new clients and business
  • Handling incoming calls during peak seasons
  • Flexibility in working hours during peak season
  • Willingness to travel within the Continental US to Trade Shows in various locations
Previous sales experience is preferred, while Customer Service experience is essential.

Compensation

$42-45k annually, along with monthly bonuses for new customer acquisition and annual performance-based incentives.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with alternating Saturday mornings during peak season. Sundays are non-working days.

All expenses covered for travel to Trade Shows in various cities.

Position Requirements
High school diploma is required; some college education is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound call center or a related sales role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is necessary.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Exceptional phone and cold calling abilities.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.

Ability to meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
