Housing Coordinator Job Description

Gregory Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Travel and Events Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date housing records, including crew changes, employee actions, and rental house information.
  • Communicate with local area hotels and rentals to ensure accurate vacancy information and employee changes.
  • Interact with employees, project managers, and project admins to coordinate housing arrangements and communicate changes.
  • Track and maintain hotel rates and rental home costs.
  • Coordinate with project admins on monthly house rental checks.
  • Research and recommend vendors for rental home services, such as cleaning and lawn maintenance.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior general office experience in a secretarial or administrative capacity preferred.
  • Expert level in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills in oral and written communications.
  • Ability to work under high-pressure situations and maintain confidentiality.
