Job Description

At Community Housing Network (CHN), we are dedicated to creating opportunities for success within our community. As a Supportive Services Program Manager, you will play a vital role in providing support and oversight within the Supportive Services Department of CHN.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to our Supportive Housing Coordinators
  • Ensure outcome measurement implementation, documentation, tracking, and efficacy to improve practice
  • Determine a cadence for case review and monitoring of service delivery and effectiveness
  • Provide oversight regarding resident support and the identification of needed service resources, coordinating and facilitating partner meetings
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and advocate when necessary to assist in housing retention
  • Lead, motivate, and develop employees to successfully collaborate with internal and external service partners
  • Make decisions regarding hiring, termination, training, and performance management
  • Plan, lead, and execute department initiatives and budget in alignment with CHN's mission and goals


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in social services work, with at least 2 years in housing or community mental health setting. Master's degree in social work preferred.
  • 1-year supervisory experience required.
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred, not required.
  • Expert knowledge of Housing First model and Trauma-Informed Care required.
  • Proficient demonstration of Harm reduction, self-determination, and unconditional positive regard philosophies.
  • Valid Ohio Driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role.
