Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Sales Specialist/Account Specialist to join our dynamic team at Spectraforce Technologies Inc. This is a direct hire role, working on-site in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth through a subscription model.
  • Prospect new customers and identify marketing solutions that fit their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inside sales/quota-driven environment.
  • Corporate sales experience with a proven track record in a B2B sales setting.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in-person university.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience managing and growing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle.
