Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst of Treasury Claims plays a crucial role in facilitating the claims payment process and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for pharmacy and member payments. This position entails conducting comprehensive analyses and collaborating across various departments on projects and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in intricate client and system implementations, leading discussions on liquidity implications and ensuring compliance with prompt payment regulations.
2. Manage issue resolution by collaborating with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
3. Oversee all escheatment activities by coordinating cross-departmentally to establish reporting processes and controls, executing annual escheatment tasks, and ensuring compliance with state unclaimed property regulations.
4. Conduct detailed analyses on payment compliance with federal and state prompt payment laws and contractual obligations.
5. Identify and spearhead process enhancements to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the Treasury and related divisions.
6. Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members, demonstrating professionalism and leadership.
7. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, along with strong critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing unclaimed property.
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance and contractual language to various tasks and projects.
- Capacity to adapt to situational and organizational changes while demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Proven ability to gain the respect and trust of senior management and collaborate with all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
- Frequent sitting, hand usage, and verbal communication.
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Principal in the Treasury department.
