We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Director to join our team at Excelligence. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding and cultivating business opportunities in the K-12 public school market within a specified region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with school districts and RGS.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build a book of business within a defined territory.
  • Utilize proven sales methods to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Develop growth plans for existing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in the education market.
  • Meet and exceed designated monthly sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience selling to K-12 public schools in the education market.
  • 4+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of cold calling and building relationships.
  • Experience selling into Head Start programs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
