Healthcare Coordination Specialist

We are currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) to join our team.
The Intake Team serves as the core of our practice. The responsibilities outlined below enable us to onboard new patients, oversee existing patient management, enhance clinician productivity and satisfaction, drive revenue cycle management success, and effectively communicate with patients, families, and referral sources.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $24.00, with pay determined by various factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
- Personable, intelligent, articulate, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with technology
- Eager to learn and develop in the role
- Handle incoming calls
- Oversee patient interactions in the office
- Coordinate patient appointments
- Act as a dedicated administrative support for multiple clinicians
- Dedicated admins manage clinician schedules, new patient flow, and assist with administrative duties such as phone calls, paperwork, and follow-ups on lab work or medical record requests.
