Role Responsibilities:
The Homecare Services Coordinator (HSC) plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through ongoing care. This position involves:
- Collaborating with the office support team to manage caregiver-client relationships effectively.
- Coordinating and optimizing caregiver schedules based on client needs and caregiver capabilities.
- Facilitating communication between caregivers and clients to address any concerns and ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Monitoring staffing levels to guarantee adequate coverage for client services.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in client care scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to engage in extended phone communication.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, with the ability to pass a background check.
