Patient Services Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Patient Services Coordinator (Full-Time) to enhance our operations.

The Intake Team serves as the core of our practice. The responsibilities outlined below enable us to onboard new patients, oversee current patient care, enhance clinician productivity and satisfaction, drive revenue cycle management success, and effectively communicate with patients, families, and referral sources.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $24.00, influenced by various factors such as education, experience, and certifications.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • Warm, articulate, detail-oriented individual
  • Proficient with technology
  • Eager to learn and develop in the role
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Manage patient interactions at the reception area
  • Coordinate patient appointments
  • Act as dedicated administrative support for multiple clinicians
  • Dedicated admins oversee clinician schedules, new patient intake, and assist with administrative tasks such as phone inquiries, paperwork, and follow-ups on lab work or medical records.
  • Oversee processes related to record requests
