Business Development Coordinator

About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales skills and experience to drive business growth and expand our customer base. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in interacting with existing customers, primarily by phone and email, to increase sales and provide excellent customer service and support.
Responsibilities- Maintain frequent communication with our customer base and account managers to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Solicit sales orders from existing customers via phone and/or email, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate closely with our production and shipping teams to ensure prompt delivery and high-quality products, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Enter sales orders, stock transfers, and purchase orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our integrated systems to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Coordinate stock transfers into managed yards at off-site locations, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing delays.
We are offering a competitive salary of $**65,000 - 85,000 per year**, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
