About the Role:

As a key member of our team at Arizona Nutritional Supplements, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and anticipate customer needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests and projects.
Coordinate RFQ and RFI documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in responding to customer inquiries.
Handle customer-related concerns and complaints, working collaboratively with departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
Moderate math skills, with the ability to accurately process customer transactions and data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
