Job Overview

The Electronics Production Specialist is responsible for executing a range of tasks related to the assembly of electronic components, including the installation of cables, subassemblies, and circuit boards. This role requires the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics, create initial layouts, and effectively utilize hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assessments on the production line to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test both production and prototype assemblies according to detailed specifications.
  • Read and understand assembly parts lists, drawings, and related documentation in alignment with IPC-620 quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot process parameters to enhance production yield.
Essential Skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in soldering, blueprint interpretation, component-level troubleshooting, and quality inspection.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experienced in the use of hand and power tools.
Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
