Assembly Technician Opportunity

Shift: Day Shift / Monday to Friday

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Location: Oldsmar

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Assembly: Examine, trim, and assemble customized products to fulfill precise customer requirements.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilize various tools and machinery, including laser micrometers, adhesive machines, and heating elements, to guarantee superior assembly quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Employ magnification tools and gauges to thoroughly inspect components and identify even the tiniest imperfections.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of all materials and labor utilized during assembly, ensuring compliance with our stringent standards.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary, along with basic arithmetic skills for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Experience: Prior experience in quality assurance or manufacturing is advantageous, but we offer on-the-job training to help you acclimate.
  • Physical Demands: Light physical activity including repetitive motions, overhead tasks, and prolonged sitting. Fine motor skills and acute vision are essential for managing small components.
