Position Title: Assembler

Location: Oldsmar, FL

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $18-22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a variety of tasks from repetitive to complex assembly operations on printed circuit card assemblies.
  • Interpret diagrams and drawings, create initial layouts, and utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Conduct quality inspections on the production line in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Work with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) materials, including solder paste, screen printers, microscopes, and pick and place machinery (e.g., MyCronic/MyData, Universal, FUJI).

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with IPC-610 standards and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
  • Ability to set up, operate, and dismantle Surface Mount (SMT) equipment and feeders.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be a US Citizen or US Person.
