Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our survey crew, you will be responsible for leading the survey work on projects for private and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform construction stake out and calculations, boundary, ALTA and topo surveys
  • Coordinate project requirements with team members
  • Manage survey projects, maintain project budgets
  • Prepare preliminary and final plats, legal descriptions, exhibits

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience
  • Professional Survey Licensure required or the ability to obtain licensure within six months
  • Proficiency with GPS and Total Station
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Ability to manage/direct field crew
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with respect to projects, CAD/computer standards, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Explorer, Word, Excel Outlook)
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Possess organizational and communication skills
