Position Overview:
This Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team is responsible for facilitating in-depth advisory sessions, establishing SRE program leadership internally, and recruiting and nurturing talent for client projects.

The Practice Architect will be strategic, generating innovative SRE methodologies in areas such as observability, production governance, risk management, and delivery excellence to ensure a well-managed team that meets service level agreements (SLAs) and service level objectives (SLOs) while maintaining a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Over 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
  • Strong foundation in software/system engineering and architectural design.
  • Proficient in utilizing monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Pager Duty, AWS CloudWatch, and New Relic.
  • Experience in automating engineering processes and establishing high standards for deployments, logging, monitoring, and alerting within an enterprise environment.
  • Develop and implement a vision around the defined KPIs and metrics for the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
  • Experience with Terraform.
  • Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices (Automation, Metrics).
  • Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Sysdig, Aqua).
  • Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
