Customer Relations Manager

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Manager to lead our route sales team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with sales teams, supporting Operational Sales Leaders, and covering routes when needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage data insights to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer relations or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card.
