We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to support our efforts in providing COVID relief loans. As one of the nation's largest providers, we require individuals with exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Customer Communication: Respond to customer emails addressing their concerns and resolving loan issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Loan Information: Provide customers with detailed information about our services, including loan details and available resources.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve loan-related issues, escalating complex cases as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating relevant documentation to reflect new information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma: Required for this role, ensuring candidates possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Email Communication: Excellent written communication skills are essential for crafting professional emails that effectively address customer concerns.
- Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
