Customer Onboarding Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Program Manager to join our team at B2Gnow, a leading provider of software solutions for government agencies. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our customers, streamlining their implementation of our products and services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Onboarding Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized onboarding experiences, ensuring our customers maximize the value of our tools for long-term use.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring successful integration into our products or services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and technical support teams to deliver a seamless and personalized onboarding experience.
- System Configuration: Help customers maximize the value of our tool by configuring systems for optimal performance.
- Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
You will be responsible for quality checking public-facing content, assisting customers with system setup and configuration, and identifying potential barriers or challenges during the onboarding process. Your proactive approach will ensure timely issue resolution and escalation to relevant teams when necessary.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with proficiency in SaaS software and other relevant tools.
