As a Sales Account Manager at AI Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on hiring professionals who are eager to take on leadership roles and drive business growth. Our goal is to create innovative, interactive experiences that generate new business and maximize sales profitability for our clients' brands.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving in-person conversations to increase sales through customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. You will work closely with our clients' customers to create personalized experiences through in-person interactions based on individual needs and customizable packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize customer needs, manage existing accounts, increase sales performance, and document results to develop new business.
  • Understand customer base and company products to better recommend service enhancements to customers that will increase sales.
  • Work with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings by providing new ideas that will improve sales margins based on consumer feedback.
  • Manage provided territory thoroughly and keep track of all customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
  • Continuously develop sales and leadership skills through weekly meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers across the country.

Requirements:

  • College degree, relevant work experience as a Sales Account Manager, or other sales/marketing experience.
  • Ability to lead and control any situation, with a proven track record of problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
  • Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
  • Leadership roles in previous positions are highly encouraged.
