About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Representative to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national and regional retailers, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Performance Metrics: Utilize sales performance metrics and syndicated data to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the CPG snacks industry.
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organization, word processing, spreadsheet, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Travel: Ability to travel when needed.
